One Stop Shop

Hi,

Today, I'd like to write about:

What does: One Stop Shop mean?

From Wikipedia:

A one stop shop, one stop store or one stop source is a business or office where multiple services are offered; i.e., customers can get all they need in just "one stop."

and

The phrase is now used as slang to describe everything from Web sites to TV shows where people can find most of what they need, including information, in one place.

That said, if we wish to apply this concept on our daily lives or any project (for example) we're involved with or part of, it would be really helpful.


How to apply One Stop Shop Concept on ITA?
ITA now is no longer a Facebook Page, it is a huge project. ITA itself is a huge One Stop Shop :)

How?
ITA has 25 different Sub-Team with 25 different areas under one name, that is Iraqi Technological Academy.

Why?
Because having one big team/community/project with everything that people may need in one place would save

1. Time for everyone.
2. Energy.
3. Efforts. 
4. Resources.
5. Maintenance Time.

And will increase:

1. Efficiency.
2. Productivity.
3. Organization.

And perhaps more advantages that you'll notice by time.

When?

Such concept is needed when you have something really big with so many different stuff at the same time. If we want to apply that on a Supermarket for example, we come to notice that any Supermarket nowadays have so many items.

Okay, so ITA itself is a huge One Stop Shop? this is understood and we all agreed. However, how to really get the best of this concept not just with ITA main structure but with everything else we do within ITA?

Let's talk about ITA Facebook Page.

We're publishing tons of very useful and valuable information. However, we have no system whatsoever to list all these information in one place. No centralization. No One Stop Page or something that list all these information. No Database. Nothing. We all know that scrolling down on any facebook page is a HUGE PAIN in the neck. 

That said, I'm simply suggesting to apply the One Stop Shop Concept on all the important information we're sharing/publishing on facebook.

E-Learning Posts, news, tips, useful stuff, etc.

I have suggested already a simple plan to achieve that. It is called: ITA Weekly Newsletter. It is approved already. However, this is not enough. We need to apply the concept on everything else.

This is just an idea that will help all our Sub-Teams within ITA if they wish to make their lives easier and make the life of everyone else as easy as possible.

Joining Launchpad and HOWTO Subscribe to Launchpad Mailing Lists

Hi,

Previously, I have published a post - How Amazingly Launchpad Handles Users Membership - and this is yet another post about Launchpad :)


First of all, please be informed that each and every member of ITA Team (on this facebook group), should select 1-2 sub-team to join:

And, everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) must join:

This is very important because daily communications should NOT be on the Facebook Group.

Now, after joining any Team on Launchpad, usually (depends on the default settings of your Launchpad Account), you will be subscribed to its Mailing List (in case that team has a mailing list).

In order to double check and make sure you're subscribed, you need to follow these simple steps:

1- Go to your Launchpad Profile:
https://launchpad.net/~yourname

2- Scroll down and go to:
All Memberships

3- Find the Teams you have joined on that list.

4- Click for example on: https://launchpad.net/~ita-team or any other team you're subscribed to.

5- Scroll down and you should see this:

In case you're already subscribed to the mailing list of that team which you're part of.

6- For whatever reason, if you can't see the same thing as the screenshot on #5 above, then you probably will see:

It means you are NOT subscribed to that mailing list of that team.

What does it mean?

It means that you will NOT receive any email that will be send on that mailing list.

How to fix that?

7- You're not required to do anything at all ONLY in this case:

This means there is no mailing list for that team which you're part of and yes, it happens sometimes. 

However, when it comes to ITA Sub-Teams, please be sure that all our 10 Sub-Teams have mailing lists already :)

احب ان افكر بصوت عالي و ان ابتكر نظرية قد تفيد البشر في حياتهم اليومية لا سيما الشعب العراقي الذي يمر بأوقات حرجة و صعبه على الجميع بدون اي استثناء سواء كانوا داخل العراق او خارجه.

نظريتي هي علمية منطقية عمليه بسيطة جدا و برهانها سهل جدا لا يحتاج لان تكون صاحب شهادة عاليه او اختصاص معين.

ملاحظة مهمة قبل ان تبدأ بالقراءة

اثنان اكره التحدث عنهما و ليس لي اي علاقة بهما: الحديث عن الدين و الحديث عن السياسة

لكن مع ذلك فانا ارفض النقاش (ليس فقط الجدال) والتحدث عن الدين و السياسة رفضا قاطعا. 

فالدين هي علاقة الانسان بمن يعبد و هو حر بما يختار و ليس لاي شخص الحق بالتدخل و بمحاسبة هذا الانسان مهما يكن. و السياسة لعبة قذره فعدو امس صديق اليوم و لا دخل لي بها لا من قريب و لا من بعيد. 

افضل الخوض في حديث العلم و المنطق و العمل الصالح و مساعدة الاخرين فقط :)

شرح النظرية

قال تعالى في كتابه الكريم - بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

‏{قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُونَ وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُولُو الألْبَابِ}‏ - سورة الزمر الآية 9‏

اي ببساطة لو اردنا تفسير الاية على ظاهرها دون الخوض عميقا في معانيها فان بكل تأكيد ان الايه تعلن صراحة ان "س" و قد يكون اي شخص مثلا لا يتساوى مع شخص اخر "س" اذا كنا نعني ان "س" ترمز لاي انسان مهما كان جنسه ذكرا ام انثى. كذلك الاية حددت و اعلنت ان مقياس المقارنه هو العلم ... فقالتها صراحة ان الذين يعلمون لا يمكن ان يتساوا مع الذين لا يعلمون. اذن من لديه علم لا يمكن ان يتساوى مع الذي ليس لديه علم. لكن هناك امر مهم اود الاشارة اليه ... كونك تملك علما بين يديك هذا لا يعني انك افضل او احسن ممن ليس لديهم علم ... امتلاك العلم وحده غير كافي مطلقا بل يجب عليك ان تطبق العلم و تستعمله في حياتك اليومية و ان لم تفعل فبرأي الشخصي الذي لا يمثل سوى ما اراه منطقيا انك سوف تتساوى مع من ليس لديه علم بل تكون اقل منه وضعا حيث انك تملك ما لا يملك لكنك لا تستعمله بتاتا و هذه طامه كبرى!!!

تطبيق النظرية على ارض الواقع

العراق يمر بازمة حقيقة لا تخفى عن اي انسان بالعالم و ﻻ حاجة لبرهنة ذلك حسب اعتقادي بل العكس يجب ان نعمل على التغير و المساعدة لطالما في الامكان فعل ذلك.

لو كان لديك علم و منطق و لا تحب ان تتساوى او تكون اقل ممن لا يملكون لا علما و ﻻ منطقا فعلينا اذن تطبيق النظرية على مثال في قمة البساطة و من حياتنا اليومية.

مثال:

لنفرض ان هناك 10,000,000 (عشرة ملايين) شخص عراقي يستعملون مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (الفيس بوك حصرا - حيث اني اتصور ان 99% من العراقيين لا يستخدمون سواه) كل يوم على مدار السنة.

لنفرض ان معدل استعمال الفيس بوك يوميا على اقل اقل اقل التقديرات هي 2 ساعة باليوم و الرقم بالحقيقة قد يكون اعلى بكثير لكن هذا معدل استخدام 10 ملايين شخص و ليس شخص واحد.

لو قام كل شخص من ال 10 ملايين بدل ما يعمل:

كل يوم بمعدل ساعتين باليوم 7 ايام بالاسبوع 30 يوم بالشهر 365 يوم بالسنة ... ساعتين كل يوم بدل ان يعمل Like or Comment or Share لاي شي على الفيس بوك و قام ب

بناء طابوقة واحدة فقط لا غير لنفرض جدلا و نبالغ و نقول ان عمليه بناء طابوقة واحد تكلف ساعة باليوم ... 

يا ترى ما هي النتيجة؟

كل 10 ملايين ... يبنون طابوقة واحدة ... في الساعة ... في اليوم الواحد 

هل لك ان تتخيل كم طابوقة سوف يتم بنائها بالسنة؟

10,000,000 x 1 x 365 = 3,650,000,000 طابوقة 

و لو ان هذا الموضوع تكرر ل 11 مرة على مدى 11 سنة لكان الناتج

3,650,000,000 x 11 = 40,150,000,000 طابوقة

برأيكم كم بناية ممكن ان تبنى ب هذا العدد المهول من الطابوق؟

على مدى 11 سنة ... 10 ملايين شخص فقط ... ساعة واحد باليوم فقط ... فقط لا غير

و 10 ملايين شخص لديهم ساعه كامله للفيس بوك :)

حيث انهم وفروا ساعه للفيس بوك و عملوا في الساعة الاخرى هذا على فرض انهم يقضون يوميا 2 ساعة على الفيس بوك بغض النظر ماذا يحصل في ال 22 ساعة الاخرى :)

كم من المشاريع و الاعمار و التقدم كان ممكن ان يحصل لو ان:

كل عراقي من 10 ملايين شخص عراقي بدل الفيس بوك و ما يحدث اليوم على الفيس بوك من قبل اغلب و معظم العراقيين معروف - حرب طائفية على الفيس بوك و غيرها - ﻻ يخفى عن احد ... قام ب استثمار ساعة فقط و تبقى له 23 ساعة يعمل بها ما يريد و في هذه الساعة يبني فقط لا غير طابوقة واحد يوميا على مدى 11 سنة ... هل لك ان تتخيل شكل العراق لو تمكن العراقيين بدل الهرج و المرج من فعل ذلك؟

ماذا لو قلنا ... ان طابوقة واحد باليوم على مدى ساعة ان تكون طابوقتين اثنتين؟

10,000,000 x 2 x 365 = 7,300,000,000 طابوقة 

7,300,000,000 x 11 = 80,300,000,000 طابوقة

و يمكن ان نتخيل لو ان العدد مثلا صار 10 طابوقات بالساعة لكل شخص ... لا نريد ان نستمر بالتصاعد :) لنفرض ان انتاجية العراق ذو 30 مليون نسمة هي 10 ملايين يد عامله تعمل فقط ساعة باليوم و تبني فقط 10 طابوقات باليوم ... اجري العمليات الحسابية اعلاه ضرب 10 :)

هذا فقط في جانب واحد الا وهو البناء و فقط ساعة باليوم فقط لا غير ...

هل لك ان تتخيل ماذا يمكن ان يحصل اذا صارت ساعتين باليوم و كل ساعه 10 طابوقات اي 20 طابوقة باليوم الواحد ب ساعتين عمل فقط و فقط في البناء؟

هل لك ان تتخيل ماذا يمكن ان يحصل لو ساعة بناء و ساعة طلب للعلم؟ 

و هل لك ان تبدل مثال بناء الطابوقة الواحده بفعل خير مهما كان؟ هل لك ان تتخيل شكل المجتمع؟ و كيف يمكن ان يكون شكله؟

الخلاصة:

لو انت عراقي و تقضي يوميا لا يقل عن ساعتين على الفيس بوك لتفعل ما تفعل و قرأت هذه النظرية البسيطة جدا و قررت ان تخصص ساعة للفيس بوك يوميا و ساعة للوطن و المجتمع ... يا ترى ... هل تعرف ماذا ممكن ان يحصل لو طبقت مثال البناء اعلاه فقط؟ :)

خلي الفيس بوك و ما تفعله بكفة ... و خلي الوطن و المجتمع بالكفة الاخرى و تفرج بعينك على حال البلد و من فيه من امك و ابيك و اختك و اخيك الخ ... ماذا يا ترى سوف يكون قرارك؟؟؟؟؟ فيس بوك ام فيس بوك و وطن؟ :)

ﻻ ... ﻻ نريد ان نترك ما يجعلنا سعداء ... ﻻ نريد تغير جذري في حياتنا ... استمر على الفيس بوك و افعل ما تفعل لكن خصص وقت بسيط جدا ... ساعة من 24 ساعة ما هي قيمتها العددية اذا علمنا انك في هذه الساعة يمكن ان تساهم بنهضة عمرانية (مثلا) للبلد او نهضة علمية او ثقافية او صحية او او او ... الخ ... يا ترى كيف ستكون الحياة لو فكر كل عراقي بهذه الطريقة؟

لا تبكي على اللبن المسكوب فما فات مات و لن يعود ... لا تسب القدر ... لا تلعن الحظ ... ﻻ تقل فلان و علان ... ﻻ تجعل الاخرين شماعه فشلك و عجزك و كسلك و جبنك و تخاذلك ... الخ ... غير نفسك اولا و ابدأ من نفسك و لديك هذا المثال البسيط جدا ... ما عندك ساعة باليوم للعراق تبني بيها طابوقة؟ و تريد رب العالمين ينطيك حياة زينه و خدمات و طرق مفتوحة و حياة مرفهه و انت ساعة ما بيك خير تخصصها يوميا لعمل الخير؟ شلون تطلب من رب العالمين و تريده يسمع منك و انت ما تسوي اي شي اله؟ و فوق هذا مو عاجبك؟ يعني هم نزل و هم يدبج على السطح؟

لا يا اخي العراقي و لا يا اختي العراقية ... بدل ما تفعلون يوميا على الفيس بوك مهما كان ... هذه خطة عمل بسيطة جدا و بالارقام لكم جاهزة و ما عليكم سوى التنفيذ :) افعل الخير ... مو شرط تبني او تعمر ... افعل الخير و الصواب .. تحلى بالعلم و المعرفة و المنطق ... اترك الجهل و التخلف و غيرها ... ابدا من نفسك اولا فان الله تعالى لا و لن يغير ما بقوم حتى يغيروا ما بانفسهم و كيفما نكون يولى علينا ... كفى سباتا و لنعمل من اجل مصلحتنا نحن فلا و لن يعمر و ينهض بالعراق غير ابناء العراق ...

How Amazingly Launchpad Handles Users Membership

Hi,

As I always say, as long as you're using Launchpad, you don't really have to worry about anything at all; Launchpad does everything for you and you just have to read, follow, click and you're done.

One of the great and amazing parts of Launchpad is, it handles the memberships of those who subscribed to a Launchpad Team in a wonderful and efficient way.

Launchpad can be used for so many usage - see this.

If you're a member of one of a Launchpad Team and it happens that Team has some kind of policy which the membership with that team has an expiry date, this is how Launchpad handles this in 2 simple, short and very easy ways:

Step 1: Launchpad sends you an email as a reminder before your membership be expired:

Step 2: If you wish to renew, Launchpad will only need one single click from you to renew your membership:

And, you're DONE!

Okay, I mean really, what could be easier than this, ha? I wish all the memberships I have can be renewed this way :D

My School - Lessons To Learn From

Hi,

It's been a while since I posted here. In fact, this is not just about projects, it is more like a personal blog where I share my thoughts whether about projects or about something else.

I'd like to share something I have recently learned the hard way or to be more honest and specific, I'm starting to learn and follow :)

I always consider life as the biggest and the best school. Despite the fact that it might give us hard times more than good times but no one can deny it is the best school ever.

I have few lessons to share which I decided to learn from.

I confess and admit that I'm aware of these facts/lessons but wasn't really following that often. Recently, I have decided to learn from my mistakes and follow these lessons on daily basis. Happiness can't be achieved unless your inner soul be a friend with your exterior soul. In another world, if you fail to achieve the happiness with yourself, don't expect you can achieve that with anyone else.

Lesson #1

I liked this a lot and I promise to talk with other people rather than talk about them behind their back. It is not just something we share on our Social Media Channels, these should be lessons to learn from. What am I going to lose if I give that a try? the answer is: NOTHING.

It will never hurt nor kill me to try and it worth the try if I could be a reason to reduce the problems in this world :)

Lesson #2

Personally, I always have to deal with people who never ever admit they're wrong nor learn from their mistakes. If truth to be told, it is a general feature in human beings. Most if not all of us, sometimes or often do that.

I was thinking ... why not admit my mistakes rather than keep defending myself or be busy denying them?

I do both if truth to be told but I will change that, admit if I do a mistake and above all, try my best to learn from it :)

Lesson #3

Always. It might take months and years to build something but it takes few seconds to destroy all what you have built.

The beginning is always tough, long and hard. Giving up is not an opinion for me at all. This is the default and the built-in feature; no way I give up nor surrender. I have learned though whenever I feel tired or about to give up due to a huge burden or something, I always take a break and stay away from the source of troubles and burden ... recharge ... go back to finish my fight.

Lesson #4

For the last few years, I've been doing nothing but what I love and believe in. I admit that I was always thinking about success and was worried/scared to fail but when I first time saw the above, I have decided to not think about success because it will come naturally at the end. Even if I fail, I am not worried about that. I'd say that I just found 10,000 ways that didn't work and keep trying :)

This is one of my favorite quotes of all time.

Lesson #5

 

Last but not least, I must say this is the most important lesson ever that I have learned very recently the very hard and long way. I had to go through a huge burden until I found that quote and learned from my mistakes and admitted I was doing something wrong and I started right away, without hesitation, to fix what is really broken.

It is a curl world. Having a soft heart in such world is not weakness but courage.

Instead of wasting my time to explain myself over and over again, sometimes it is just a total waste of time, energy and effort. After all, people will listen to themselves to what they want to hear only :)

It is a tough lesson I have learned with an expensive cost but never too late. What does matter is, I have learned it. And above all, I won't fall into the same trap again. It is how you avoid the same mistake not just knowing it nor just admit it.

I think what Paulo was trying to say in a way:

Which is yet another lesson actually.

Anyway, I decided to start from today to stop explaining, do what I love and believe in and success will come naturally and if I do any mistake, I won't waste my time to deny it, I will admit that and will do my best to always talk to be people rather than talk about them; hopefully I could be the reason to reduce the problems in this world :)
